SOS HEALTH SERVICES WELCOMES YOU
The door is open.
La puerta está abierta.
SOS Health Services of Walla Walla is an immediate care facility that provides quality walk-in healthcare services to individuals without health insurance (or without adequate health insurance) in the Walla Walla Valley. SOS Health Services does not deny people access to services regardless of citizenship status or geographic location.
SOS Health Services of Walla Walla was founded in 2000 by a service-minded physician who recognized a need for health care for the uninsured in the valley. Since the beginning, SOS Health Services has been a faith-based, non-denominational clinic providing compassionate urgent-care services to people from in Southeastern Washington and Northeastern Oregon. At SOS Health Services, we believe that health should be a human right and therefore no one should be denied access due to location, income, or citizenship status.
SOS Health Services serves hundreds of patients each quarter thanks to our team of dedicated and talented volunteers. Volunteer physicians, nurses, students, phlebotomists, and transcriptionists, make it possible for us to continue providing health care and service to our community. Together with SonBridge Community Center, Providence St. Mary Medical Center, and other amazing donors, our services are the beautiful results of care pouring in from a number of different people and organizations.
If you are a medical professional, we can use your help by volunteering at the clinic. Click here for more information. We also offer volunteer opportunities for individuals who are proficient in Spanish and can do translation work at the SOS clinic. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. If you are interested in volunteering, please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
